Here are scans of the same area from two original Regina discs of the same title. Both discs are genuine Regina discs.

The note indicated is clearly displaced. Which is the "correct" (or "intended" ) location? It takes looking at a lot of discs very closely to make an educated determination.
NOTE: The amount of displacement shown here can very likely be heard by the average listener when the discs are played.
